Virtual School launched in Delhi

Chief Minister Arvind kejriwal launcheda virtual school in the National Capital to improve access to education for children unable to attend classes due to various reasons.The Delhi Model Virtual School will eventually open for students 9th to 12th, the facilities are not be restricted for students from Delhi but anyone all over the country can attend the school. Students who have completed their 8th class from any recognized school can apply for the admission through website, www.dmvs.ac.in is a website for enrolling for admission.

Students can attend classes from home,but will have to come to exam centres in Delhi for their exams.AAP government first announced the virtual school gave speech on March 2021, Virtual school will be started to facilitate learning of students from across India.There is a large number of students who can’t go to school for various reasons can enroll.Some villages don’t have school and in some villages schools are faraway because of that students couldn’t get to study.In many cases, girls couldn’t study as parents didn’t want to send them outside.The virtual school is affiliated with the Delhi Board of School Education set up last year to regulate non-formal school education.It will be accessable on 24 hours basis and teachers have specifically trained to impart education through a mode.

The school will make learning easy, accessible and flexible by offering a choice to students to study something different.Delhi BJP spokes person said tha it might sound good but it’s stunt for students learning people of delhi wants to know which board is school affiliated with,An AAP spokes person said that the comment BJP spokes person said was not warranted.
