It is daily process of excreting waste from our body in the form of stool but if the body excrete the waste or stool less than 3 days in a week then it’s creates Constipation. Actually what happens inside our body which creates Constipation? Let’s know when you eat your food it goes through your digestive track for digestion (which absorbs all the nutrition from the food) after that the remaining semi liquid form moves small intestine to large intestine and there large intestine  absorbs all the water and the remaining waste product is known as stool. If you are suffering from constipation in this case, the food in your digestive track goes slowly which gives more time to large intestine to absorb more water from semi liquid food because of this your stool becomes hard and dry which is very difficult to excrete it out.

There are many reasons to have constipation like lack of water, lack of fiber, medication, irregular sleep , sedentary lifestyle, stress, change in routine, and pregnancy .

Symptoms of Constipation

  • Bad breath
  • Frequent runny nose
  • Headache
  • Dizzy
  • Nausea
  • Acne on face
  • Feels Heaviness in stomach
  • Poor digestion

Remedy for curing constipation

For curing constipation, you need cumin seed, ajwain, whole coriander, black salt, dry ginger, turmeric, and mint powder then take a pan and gives a small amount of oil and then take 2 spoons of cumin seed ,2 spoons of ajwain and 1 spoon of coriander and roast it on a low flame then put it out in a mixer and roast it in the form of powder then add half spoon turmeric powder, half spoon black salt and 1 spoon of dry ginger and 1 spoon of mint powder and lastly mix it thoroughly. Then, before going to sleep take it in boiled water of a glass then drink it after 10 minutes. It can surely cure constipation and gives relief to your stomach.
