A flood came at Dharamshala’s Khanyara in Himachal Pradesh by a cloudburst, due to this several buildings, shops, vehicles, local markets and bridge were destroyed, debris and muck entered in many houses and shops also the Indrunag Temple was uprooted. The fire brigade, local authorities, and rescue teams reached at the spot soon to provide relief, no loss of life was reported. The flood disrupt essential services like communication and water and electricity supply. The MeT department has predicted a wet spell till Monday next week with a yellow alert for heavy rains, thunderstorms and lightning from September 3 to 5.
