A priest of a Jain temple in Madhya Pradesh thrashed an 11-year-old child by tying him to a tree, the only fault of the child was that he had picked up the almonds kept for offering in the temple. The boy’s father filed a case against the priest name as Rakesh jain in the police station for abusing the child. The video of this child went viral on social media on saturday, in which it is clearly visible how the priest has tied the child to the tree, the child is shouting for help, but the priest’s heart did not melt. It is being to told that the priest did this because the child was from the Dalit community. A case has been registered against the accused priest under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, the official said, adding that no arrest has been made so far.
