“Meditation is being in tune with our inner universe”. meditation is a pure medicine for mind and body especially for the mind .it provides calmness to the mind, free from the world and meditation connects you to your soul. we explore our real and inner self and it opens up a new dimension. And especially in today’s times where people are suffering from depression, anxiety etc. meditation is a medicine to overcome mental health problems. people who are suffering from these problems should include meditation in their routine at least for 10 to 20 mins daily.

“Depression, anxiety, disturbed sleep etc.” these are the most common words nowadays .which is not a very good sign .this is because people are ignoring their mental health .one should understand the importance of mental health because a person a can only be successful in life with a healthy brain .a person who has a disturbed mind can never be successful and these mental problems are also becoming the main reason for suicide, people cannot sleep without the sleeping pills and cannot live without depression pills . this situation is getting worst day by day. everyone should become serious about mental health problems and should consult a doctor or psychiatrist and be curious about their mental health. There are also many online sites available where doctors can consult about mental health. One should spread awareness about the importance of mental health to make this world a better place.
