Several people got buried under the debris after a house collapsed in Delhi’s Johripur Extension area. The incident caused a stir in the entire area. According to the information, police reached the spot and started relief work. Efforts are on to rescue the trapped people by clearing the debris. So far six people have been rescued and two more are feared trapped. At the same time, a large crowd gathered at the spot after the accident.
According to the information received, the people who have been evacuated are undergoing treatment at the nearest hospital. There are reports of a girl being trapped in the accident, efforts are being made to rescue her safely.
District Deputy Commissioner of Police Sanjay Sen said that at present no casualty has been reported in the accident. NDRF team has rescued six people from the debris. At the same time, two people were still buried under the debris. The work of saving them is going on.
