Dr E Muthuraman stated that Central Vista inauguration by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is another benchmark and glorious work in the history of India.
He also added that changing the name of Raj path to ‘Kartavya Path’ on 8 September shows PM Modi’s vision to eradicate princely and arrogant government nature as seemed in previous Government , on Thursday, as part of the revamped Central Vista Avenue.
The Kartavya Path, a stretch from Rashtrapati Bhavan to India Gate, will have red granite walkways with greenery all around, refurbished canals, state-wise food stalls, new amenity blocks and vending kiosks. PM Modi is also set to inaugurate a 28-ft statue of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose at India Gate indicated the PM gratitude towards the Azad Hind Fauj and the thoughts as well as ideology of Others freedom fighters.
