The active Covid caseload has declined to 1,47,512. This involves 0.34 % of total cases. With 18,159 recoveries within the last 24 hours, the recovery rate has reached 98.47 %. The total number of patients who have recovered from the illness to this point is 4,32,46,829.
The daily positivism rate stands at 3.48 percent, whereas the weekly positivity rate is 4.53 percent. India administered 202.5 crore Covid vaccines under the nationwide vaccination drive till now. Of this, 93.04 crores are the second dose of the vaccine, while 7.57 crore precaution doses. The country has conducted 87.31 crore Covid tests till now.
