They have been put on orange alert
New Delhi: There has been a steady rise in COVID cases across the country over the last weeks. Delhi too witnessed a change in cases and three districts have been put on high alert.
The three sections East, South and Central have been put on orange alert as the weekly positivity rate has increased. Delhi’s East district has enrolled the most positivity rate among the 11 districts with an average weekly positivity rate of 7.8 percent, according to a report.
While the South district has logged the second highest positivity rate in the megalopolis. The weekly positivity rate in the quarter rose from 5.9 percent to 6.6 percent. The average weekly positivity rate in the Central district has risen from 5.4 percent to 6.1 percent.
