Corona Outbreak: China to evacuate it’s citizens from India amid rise in Covid-19 cases

New Delhi:  The Chinese embassy in New Delhi on Monday (May 25) said that China will evacuate its citizens in view of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.  The notice, published on the embassy website said that students, tourists and businessmen who have been stranded in India will be allowed to fly back to China on special flights. Beijing has asked its citizens willing to return to register by the morning of May 27. The move to evacuate its citizens comes in the wake of India emerging as the 10th worst-hit country by the deadly virus, which has infected nearly 1.40 lakh people in India.” If your body temperature exceeds 37.3 degrees (inclusive) before boarding or if you have suspected symptoms, you will be refused boarding by the airline,” the notice said.
